IKEA, oh how i love you.

I didn't get a wardrobe from IKEA.
I figured there wasn't any point in me spending a load of money on stuff that i'll have to put together myself, then take apart if I ever moved (which I would) to take it with more OR leave it.
I decided it was silly of my to spend so much time decorating somewhere that isn't mine. God help me when I get my own place, IKEA will love me.

I did however, get a new bed spread.
All my current ones are getting old and horrible, I still need another new one.

Cost me more than what I would normally pay, but I saw it and fell in love.
Tomorrow I think i'm going into town with my flatemate.

Me and Kate have decided not to move in together.

closet space.

I'm sick of having an extra room on the side of mine and not using it to it's full potential. So tonight, I cleared out all the rubbish (minus the horrible large desk that needs taking apart) and i'm now making plans on creating a proper closet. Well, that's if me and Kate decide not to move. If we do, my plans can be transferred to our new place.
At the moment i've just got one of those fake argos wardrobes because I couldn't be bothered making an effort when I moved in.

I can't decide what i'd have though.

But then there's these:

Which might be better for me, and cheaper.

Meh, wish I could get someone else to do all this for me. Plus I will have to put it all together. Ooh isn't it interesting what a girls weekend plans entail. Can't wait to get it sorted though.

I've also been stopping myself from ordering from Forever21. Why don't we have this store in the UK? So not fair. All of their stuff is amazing, I spent ages on the website last night. Managed not to order anything :(

I always want to buy everything when i'm skint.

houses houses houses!

This weekend has been a blur of viewing houses/flats, and this will continue until Wednesday this week. Me and my friend saw a cool flat in an old hospital that had been renovated. It wasn't big enough for us and only had one parking space, but the whole building had a lot of character. The house after that was awful, as was the one we both saw first today. Butttt, we then saw a 3 bedroomed house this evening and it was lovely. Very laddish but we can make it girly.

How much work does that lounge need?! We have agreed we would be up to the challenge.
Hello IKEA!

However, we are seeing this house soon:

 Lush or WHAT.
There are two like that on the same road we want to see, so here's to hoping they're as lovely as they look. I could totally imagine me and Kate living there.

We have soooo many viewings booked in, I have no idea of the order. I need to sit down and figure it all out! I wish I could just move the room i'm in now into a house. However, I will get Bagheera back soon :o)

One bussayyy week ahead!

Designer lust.

I have wanted these for some time and everyone seems to own them apart from me.
After i've moved and got a bit more money together, I am buying them.
I have decided.

My dream daytime bag. This is also my other purchase very very soon.
Thankfully, i've seen it on sale.

Designer clothes don't bother me.
I don't see the point.

a little neglect may breed great mischief.

I have messed around with the layout on this thing, so hopefully it looks much better. It look an hour of my time when I should be cleaning the kitchen, so I hope you appriciate it as much as I do. I will probably forget about this blog until I get myself a decent digital camera that makes it worth spending time taking pictures. However, I won't pretend to be a fashionblogger because in truth - I don't know that much about designers. Buttttttt I do love clothes, so much so it takes me about 20 minutes to decide what to wear each morning. Or is that because I have that many clothes my brain becomes overloaded with options - I don't know. It still always feels like I have nothing to put on.

However

My recent obsession is ikea.
Give me an empty room to fill, send me off to ikea and i'm like a kid in a candy store.
This is why i'm mostly excited to move. Ooooooooh hello old age.

Paw Prints.

Should I add to the tattoo I already have or get something completely different on my foot? (which i've wanted to do for some time now...)

If I add to this one, it will only be more pawprints, but i'll shape them around my tummy.

Decisions!

my living quarters.
i will be sad to leave this.

I want....

....a proper digital camera. I'm sick of the piece of shit I carry around with me and it's piss poor ability at taking photographs.

I won't kid myself that I would actually know how to use one of these things, but let's face it... they look damn sexy.

Everyone and their mam is a 'professional photographer' nowadays, and I definitely have no aspirations to join the clan but it would be nice to go away to fabulous places and not ruin my surroundings by shouting profanities due to my shit camera.

So if anyone has a spare SLR digital camera knocking about, please feel free to hook me up!

AND ME

Photobucket

It's just a shame I slipped walking into Dior. I had to make up for it, yes?

Yes, I thought so too.

Come on in.

Due to my recent obsession with reading Blogs from LookBook, I realised it was unfair of me to read all these strangers thoughts and activities without contributing myself.

So here I am.

I will dedicate this blog to my materialistic needs, my general distaste for certain people and the odd bits of travelling I get to do when i'm not confined by my nine to five job.

My life isn't THAT interesting, certainly compared to the majority of people on this site who are clearly very good at exaggerating. I mean, let's face it... we all just want something to get ourselves away from the pure fact that working sucks. Thank god for the internet.

I will write in here as often as I remember to, and I will at least try and have something worthwhile to say, or bitch about.

Another one falls to the blogging phenomenon!
